FIRST TIME HOME BUYER

After going thru three realtors, I found Eric Buigas. As a first time home buyer, I felt intimidated with the process of purchasing and finding the right home, but Eric was there for me from start to finish. I never felt hesitant to contact him with my questions or concerns, and always felt  comfortable talking with him. He is a very hard worker and honest realtor. I truly felt he was on my side, and wanted me to get the best deal and house that was out there. I can really tell that he is passionate in what he does, demonstrated by the time and effort he put in to find me my perfect home. I never felt alone throughout the home buying process. Eric did a great job communicating with my lenders, (which are located out of state), home inspectors, sellers and myself. He is very knowledgeable with the step by step process of purchasing a home. I highly recommend Eric Buigas if you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, honest and who truly cares about his clients. When I buy another house, he will be the first one I call.
