MOVE OUT CHECKLIST
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Security deposits shall be mailed within 15 days to the forwarding addresses of the tenants, or have written notice sent within 30 days by certified mail of the landlord's intention to impose a claim against the deposit. Any 7 Day Notices of fees due or unpaid late fees, need to be satisfied upon lease termination date.
